Dear customers in the USA,
We would like to inform you that, due to recent changes in the United States’ de minimis threshold and the resulting impact on customs clearance procedures – along with ongoing uncertainties from the U.S. side regarding the implementation of these changes – we are temporarily forced to suspend all parcel shipments, that can contain goods, to the United States.
Effective date of suspension: 20 August 2025
Please be aware, that shipments handed over to us after this date will not be accepted for transport to the USA until further notice. This decision does not affect the Standard Letter service.
We are actively working to review the new regulatory requirements and will inform you as soon as services can resume.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
